With webhostingpad, I feel like I am getting an incredible deal for the money I spend on web hosting. At first I thought that there was no way they could possibly provide good customer service at the prices they are charging for web hosting, but they definitely proved me wrong. I have contacted customer service a number of times, and they have always promptly replied to my requests, and helped me to resolve any issues I had. I rate webhosting pad a 10/10.

A year ago I prepaid for a three years contract.
Now, after one year using their service they want me to pay 14.95 for the domain name, every year. The same domain name that was supposed to be free. If I don't pay it, I lose my original investment (minus the first year of use) so I am gonna have to pay for it. But they will lose me as soon as my 3 years are over, just for having mislead me into thinking that when I prepay for three years, I was done paying for three years. This is false advertisement, they know it that's why they like you to sign up for many years. Same thing if you want to cancel within 30 days. YOU WILL PAY 14.95 even if you cancel the day after you sign in. Again, a purposely misleading claim from their part. Dont give them your business, they are not worth it.
Typical comments of the Sales category
As it was expected, the main problems of the given hosting company related to financial issues constitute the payment for a "free" domain name after a year of use, as well as the difficulty in the return of the money.
I called several different hosting companies, all worthless, I found WebHostingPad, who had the best rates, the best services, and the best customer service.Negative Nickname: Tay Title: beware of them
I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience. I have not suffered any down time, the CPanel is AMAZING, I have really put the "Fantastico De Luxe" to work, great for WordPress, Help Center, and Message forums.
I use Dream Weaver CS3 for my FTP, works great, no issues ever sending or receiving from their Linux based server!
My email accounts work great, have about a dozen for my employees, no problems, not 1...can you say that? I don't think so.
Love the free domain name, but I need more as part of my business is building web sites, so I buy them from Godaddy, cheapest out there, guess what, WHP helps me redirect and set the DNS, no problem, easy easy easy.
Let me just say that Dustin B. is the best Custromer Rep I have ever had.
Great Customer Service before purchase of product and after!
They told me its unlimited space but when I tried their website builder page, I can only load 2MB of disc space. That's only for picture not moving video. Tech support? They told me I have to pay for tech support if I need them because I'm new to creating a web site. I bought a web page making software and every time I load it in the site, the site rejects my program. Called their support again, I get finger pointing (blaming the program) they refused to help. I gave up with both hands and feet. Now, I don't even look at my web site anymore. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied. I just consider my one year subscription to them as money wasted in the drain.
Typical comments of Functional category
Generally the content of reviews reduces to the fact that there are many possibilities, but: 1. most of them require payment, 2. they are supported only on small sites. With increasing of its size, the site will become chargeable.

I have been with Webhostingpad for almost 2 years now. In the first 6 months their uptime was so so.In the past 18 months, their uptime has been damn near close to perfect.Negative Nickname: Lazaros Title: What you pay is what you get
I use an uptime monitoring service and I can tell you that all the sites that I run off of webhostingpad has 99.99% uptime (Another site I run with another host that costs 3 times the price is only up 96%).
I was wondering if going with the cheapest host was not the cleverest of ideas but after this last year and a half, the saying you get what you pay for doesn't actually hold true. The uptime is excellent, the response time to tech support is normally within half hr. I am really impressed all around.
I would recommend Webhostingpad to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, value-for-money host.
When you pay for cheap hosting there is no such thing as 99.9% uptime. It's rather 99, 9/2 % uptime.
I have hosting accounts on both Webhostingpad.com & hostmonster.com. Same problem. One second my site is up, the other is down. When a visitor comes to your site and it is down for 10 sec, he goes somewhere else, we all know that.
What do i need unlimited space and bandwidth for, when my site is only 200Mb and half the time is down?
The joke is that i had an account on greek datacenter, which charges 22USD/month for 1.2Gb space, and i thought it was too expensive. But they offered TRUE 99, 9 uptime.
I think i going to move back there.
Typical comments of the Stable category
Typical comments are diametrically opposite in this category - either the up-time is very good and everything works great, or the up-time is bad, and nothing works. Considering that their number is approximately the same, it is difficult to make certain conclusions. It is most likely, that up-time is better for small sites than for large ones. The case features a particular site. As already mentioned, WebHostingPad - a typical shared-hosting, with its inherent deficiencies characterizing this type of hosting.
I signed up with WebHostingPad last year. I was tired of dealing with hosting companies that don't know how to treat their customers good. I switched a couple of hosting companies within a year because either their customer service was bad, they were not very reliable, or my website was down a lot for a long period of times, until I found WebHostingPad last year.NegativeNickname: Bradford Title: Please avoid
I haven't had a problem with WebhostingPad at all.
One of the things I love about it is that there is people available 24/7 and they answer phone calls very quick but even e-mails, I usually get an e-mail answer within 10-20min. They are great! Great customer service and my website never being down once!
I recommended a lot of my business friends to them and they all are very happy as well.
I definitely recommend WebHostingPad to others specially because the hosting price is very cheap and honestly by my own experience cheap hosting usually cost a lot more but not with WebHostingPad, just give it a try you will be Happy!!!
I signed up for 2 years with webhostingpad to get the best price per month. Their support answers quickly, but they tend to forget about me often, making the chat sessions unnecessarily long. The couple of phone calls I've made to them revealed that they only had one (or a few more) people answering phones - and I got the same guy on chat. He wasn't helpful or friendly. When I chatted in (today even) with an issue adding domains, the chat "Technical Support Agent" answered that I had to email someone else. What's the point of chat support?
During my first month (the month where you can get your money back if you're not satisfied) my site was quick and I didn't have any problems. After the first month, it got much much slower. I only use the site for a family website running wordpress, but it is almost unusable. I suspect they put the new accounts on the faster servers, and the older accounts (that are now stuck without an "out") on the slower...
