As you can see from the table 1.1. and the diagram below (See diagram 1.1), the number of negative comments is almost equal, with a slight predominance of the positive ones. The following shows the distribution of comments according to specific themes. Based on them, it will be possible to reveal strong and weak points of the company.

Distribution of comments by themes is misleading, but let's take all in order. JustHost has a high quality technical support as demonstrated by the highest digits of the table (See Table 2.1), where the number of positive comments about the work of technical support is more than three times higher than the number of the negative ones. The greatest number of negative comments affects the theme of functional, but positive reviews in the same category are more than negative ones, so there is already a matter of taste and needs of each user (See diagram 2.1.). The negative comments of the Sales theme is indisputable. Since customers have a huge amount of questions related to the return of payments, cancellation of services and other financial issues (See diagram 2.2).

The following are examples of positive and negative comments, divided into different categories, namely: Sales, Support, Functional, Stable. The relevance of the feedback presented below has been tested during the correspondence with users who left their comments on webhostinggeeks.com. After predictive dialing and e-mail correspondence with those customers, comments have been analyzed and only those which remained unchanged from the moment of their publication on the site have been selected. If the client's opinion has changed (for better or worse), the old material has been replaced by a newer one, indicating the reasons for changes in relation to the company and its services.

This company offers an apparently good deal -- a working website for $7.95 a month (on a per-month basis) with a $20 one-time setup fee and a $9.95 domain name registration fee.
A pity that they don't mention up front that AFTER you've paid, THEN they decide to tell you that your website is NOT e-commerce enabled ($19.95 a year additional), is NOT secure ($9.95), has no privacy protection ($14.95 additional, if I recall correctly).... in fact, has basically nothing except a non-secure, unusable shell that you have to pay, pay, pay, pay and pay again for with hidden charges and no guarantee that there aren't MORE hidden charges to be revealed after you've paid for these.
I would give them a -400/5 rating, not 1/5, if the rating system permitted it.
Summary: you WILL have to pay MANY hidden charges to get even a semi-functional website.

I'm 100% sure I will be here to stay. My account was setup instantly, without having to wait till all weekend to be approved. Then I logged in had a small problem with my website which was totally unrelated to my hosting but I emailed their tech support and they showed me how to fix my problem anyway which was great. I'm finding my site is now loading faster than ever, so all in all I'm a very happy customer. Lets hope you continue to wow me.
I was shopping for a new webhost and after seeing JustHost's high rating thought I would shop them further. When I called the sales department to ask some questions regarding email services, I found myself trying to communicate with someone who had a thick Indian accent and was unable to answer my (basic) questions.
Eventually he helped me use a demo login which brought me to their cpanel system. Unfortunately this demo was in some oriental pictograph script and just wasn't much help to me. I'll be looking elsewhere for my new webhost.

Here we have three times more positive comments, which indicates a high level of staff who is willing to help their clients. But there are times when some people cannot contact technical support, probably for the reason that the team is currently providing assistance with all its amiability to someone else.

I have found the value for money from Just Host to be outstanding. I am always adding new features to my site and Just Host has never charged me anymore for large amounts of files that can be downloaded and constant web corrections.Negative Nickname: Valeriu Babi Title: They are not unlimited in fact! I have had to contact their technical support line in the past as I needed help enabling user to download a certain file type from my site. This is issue was resolved very quickly and in professional manor.
I would strongly recommend Just Host to existing customers who have their own site and to those looking to get started!
Be careful. I had this problem on 1 May 2011. They are NOT unlimited. They have a limit of 50.000 inodes/account even if you have reseller account. That means you cannot have more than 50.000 files/email/log/etc. together at the same time on their server. A simple Joomla installation is take 6500 inodes (files). So 50.000 inodes, it means you cannot resell.And then they stop your websites without warnings. I recommend to stay away from them.

After reading the feedback about the functional, which constitutes about 20%, we can conclude that the hosting has an easy to use interface for both beginners and professionals. But for some services they have to to pay additionally, as elsewhere. The main disadvantage of the site is the small amount of mail space, about 250 MB, which is, to be honest, very small and not very convenient for people leading their business by correspondence via email.
Advantages: steady indicators of the uptime sites.
Disadvantages: The sites on some servers experience frequent falls, but the support service helps to eliminate the problem.

My website has had 100% uptime since I joined. The server speeds are incredbile, twice as fast as my last host.
The support team is outstanding, I had problems with my SQL database and it was fixed within an hour of my support ticket being submitted.
I highly recommend using JustHost, you will never need to switch hosts again.
Our experience with Justhost: for the first 30 days (the money back period), everything was ok. Friendly staff, no technical problems. We are a legal company, so our website is small (under 2 Mb), but the email is extremely important to us.
The 5th week, our website and email went down for 6 hours. I emailed Just host (from my personal Yahoo address:) and the answer was quick and polite. But the next day, same problem. This time, the site was down for 3 days! Their answers were exactly the same (and very polite) every day. We wanted a clear picture of the situation (and legal proof, if necessary), so we submitted our website to serviceuptime.com for reports. Surprise! Our website was down 3-4 times, every day, (for at least 1 hour). So we are looking for another web host now.
Pro: friendly staff
Con: the core service itself. After all, we pay for web hosting, not for friendship. Their uptime is far from 99.9%; probably around 70%.

The service of technical support is really available at any time and any day of the week, and its operators are qualified, professional, polite and able to quickly solve problems of any complexity. The uptime of the company meets the reality, and the speed and quality of the servers allow customers sites maintain their stability.
